Educational Qualifications for AAI Apprentice Post Recruitment –
a) A Degree in Engineering or Technology (Mechanical / Automobile) granted by a Statutory University
b) A Degree in Engineering or Technology (Mechanical / Automobile) granted by a public authority to grant such degree by an Act of Parliament.
c) Graduate Examination of Professional Bodies recognized by the Central Government as equivalent

The Airports Authority of India (AAI) manages a total of 125 airports including 11 international airports, 8 customs airports, 81 domestic airports and 25 civil enclaves in defense air sectors. For safe aircraft operation, the Airports Authority of India provides air traffic management services (ATMS) in all Indian airspace and adjacent ocean areas along with land installations at all airports and 25 other places.
The Airports of Allahabad, Amritsar, Calicut, Guwahati, Jaipur, Trivandrum, Kolkata and Chennai, which are now established as international airports, are also open for operation by foreign international airlines.
